Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has joined e-correspondence system, which developed by E-Government Program, Yesser with collaboration with The National Center for Archives & Records. As a part of the efforts exerted to advance the process of government digital transformation in the Kingdom.

The National system e-correspondence aims to facilitate e-correspondence. The system will save time and effort for administrative communications departments’ Employees, along with reducing operating expenses on government entities and paper use by exchanging correspondence and documents electronically, and providing the required data to complete government procedures. In addition, raising the level of security and preservation of government documents.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah is keeping up with the digital transformation by many procedures in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. Using the newest technologies to develop business processes and make it more secure, saving time while completing business in line with highest levels of performance and reliability. By this connection to e-correspondence system the total number of government agencies benefiting from the system reached 54 government agencies.

Yesser program seeks through providing e-correspondence system to support government agencies in the Kingdom, achieving the highest use of their human resources and energies, and add more flexibility to workflow.
