Director-General of Yesser Visits Amer Center in Jeddah<p>​Jeddah - Media Affairs:<br>Eng. Ali bin Nasser Al-Assiri, Director-General of the e-Government Program (Yesser), visited the National Contact Centre (Amer) in Jeddah. He was joined by Mr. Sulaiman bin Hisha, Director of Products and Shared Services Department, and Mohammad Alaskar, Manager of Amer Product.<br>During the visit, the Director-General met with the employees of the center and listened to their needs and suggestions for improving the work process as well as they discussed ways and procedures for development.<br>He commended the employees’ efforts in all the branches of Amer that are located in different cities in Saudi Arabia. Their efforts contributed in the improvement of the operational indicators with record numbers. Moreover, He highlighted the significant role that Amer plays in improving the quality of services provided by the government agencies. Amer is one of the important products of Yesser Program that was developed to support the government agencies in their journey toward digital transformation.<br>The Director-General announced, during his visit, that Yesser Porgram is in the process to launch a monthly competition for the best branch in terms of performance. The three branches of Amer are located in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. The competition aims to motivate Amer’s employees to achieve the best performance.   <br>He stated that the role that Amer plays is part of Yesser Program’s goals. Yesser’s goals are increasing the efficiency and productivity of the public sector, providing better services for individuals and business sector, and providing the required information with high accuracy in a timely manner. <br></p>Eng. Yesser Participates in the Information Technology Forum 2017<p style="text-align:justify;">Riyadh – Media Affairs: </p><p style="text-align:justify;">The e-Government Program (Yesser) participated in the Information Technology Forum 2017 “Innovation, Change and Digital Transformation” which was organized by IDC Company. It was held in the Four Seasons Hotel, last Thursday in Riyadh. </p><p style="text-align:justify;">Eng. Hadi Ali Muaishi, the Advisor to the Director-General of Yesser Program, highlighted, in a discussion session, the most significant experiences and challenges that the participating agencies encountered in the digital transformation journey, particularly the participating government agencies.   </p><p style="text-align:justify;">In addition, Eng. Hadi Ali Muaishi discussed the digital transformation’s requirements, indicating the importance of having digital transformation plan that includes developing and enhancing the procedures of government digital services and change management, providing the necessary resources for the transformation, designing a secure digital services according to the international standards, and focusing on the beneficiary of the service to meet his/her needs and future aspirations.          </p><p style="text-align:justify;">Yesser’s participation in this forum reflects its keenness to support the digital transformation journey in Saudi Arabia by reviewing the best international and local experiences in this field, and its efforts in supporting the government agencies to provide better and more accessible services to all beneficiaries. Yesser Discusses the Interconnection of Financial Rights System with King Salman Program for Human Resources Development (Mawarid)<p>​Riyadh - Media Affairs: <br>E-Government Program (Yesser) held a consultative meeting with the representatives of Ministry of Finance (MOF) and Ministry of Civil Service (MOCS) to discuss the interconnection of the Financial Rights System for government employees with King Salman Program for Human Resources Development (Mawarid System) which is included in Yesser.<br>The meeting was held in Yesser’s headquarters yesterday. It was attended by the MOF team headed by Eng. Moraie Algarni, Project Manager of Financial Rights System, the MOCS team represented by Eng. Ali Alodan, Quality and Governance Specialist, and Yesser team represented by Eng. Abdulrahman Almousa, Director of Government Integrated Financial and Management Information Systems, Ziyad Aljasser, Manager of Financial and Planning Sector, and Eng. Mishaal Alharbi, Network Manager. <br>During the meeting, they discussed the interconnection procedures, and the challenges that the teams might encounter. Yesser Reviews the Importance of National Enterprise Architecture<p>​Riyadh - Media Affairs:<br> E-Government Program (Yesser) participated in Innovation Tour Convention last Thursday, which was held in the Four Seasons Hotel in Riyadh.<br>Eng. Adel Assery, the Deputy Director-General of e-Government Transformation Sector, presented about the National Enterprise Architecture and its role on the digital transformation of government sector.<br>Eng. Yesser Discusses Joint Cooperation with MRDA<p>​Riyadh-Media Affairs:<br>The e-Government Program (Yesser) and Makkah Region Development Authority (MRDA) discussed the ways of joint cooperation, how to make the optimal use of the services provided by Yesser to the government agencies for supporting them in their journey to digital transformation, and the mechanism of interconnecting MRDA with the other government agencies in Government Secure Network (GSN).<br>The meeting was held in Yesser’s headquarters. Yesser team was represented by Mr. Sultan Al-Ghanim, Director of Business Development Department, Eng. Mishal Al Harbi, Network Manager, and Mr. Ziad Al-Jasser, Manager of Planning, Development and Investment Sector. MRDA team was headed by Eng. The meeting was managed by Eng. Mohammad Al-Askar, Manager of the National Contact Centre (Amer), and Abdullah Al-luhaidan, Manager of Labor and Social Development Sector.<br>The meeting aimed to inform the visiting team about the services provided by Amer such as responding to queries from beneficiaries of e-services offered by government agencies interconnected to Amer, and the communication channels that the center used to provide its services. (Wilayah) Joins the Interconnected Agencies to GSN<p>​Riyadh-Media Affairs:<br>The General Commission for the Guardianship of Trust Funds for Minors and Their Counterparts (Wilayah) has been interconnected to the Government Secure Network (GSN). Therefore, the number of the government agencies interconnected to the GSN reached 158. <br>GSN is one of the National Enterprise Architecture (NEA) projects which is managed by the e-Government Program (Yesser).
