Eng. Ali bin Nasser Al-Assiri, Director-General of the e-Government Program (Yesser), visited the National Contact Centre (Amer) in Jeddah. He was joined by Mr. Sulaiman bin Hisha, Director of Products and Shared Services Department, and Mohammad Alaskar, Manager of Amer Product.
During the visit, the Director-General met with the employees of the center and listened to their needs and suggestions for improving the work process as well as they discussed ways and procedures for development.
He commended the employees’ efforts in all the branches of Amer that are located in different cities in Saudi Arabia. Their efforts contributed in the improvement of the operational indicators with record numbers. Moreover, He highlighted the significant role that Amer plays in improving the quality of services provided by the government agencies. Amer is one of the important products of Yesser Program that was developed to support the government agencies in their journey toward digital transformation.
The Director-General announced, during his visit, that Yesser Porgram is in the process to launch a monthly competition for the best branch in terms of performance. The three branches of Amer are located in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. The competition aims to motivate Amer’s employees to achieve the best performance.
He stated that the role that Amer plays is part of Yesser Program’s goals. Yesser’s goals are increasing the efficiency and productivity of the public sector, providing better services for individuals and business sector, and providing the required information with high accuracy in a timely manner.
