The e-Government Program (YESSER) arranges an intensive workshop on (Change Management) on 14th April 2016. The targeted audience is executive staff from nine government agencies.
The purpose of the workshop is to help executive leaders to effectively manage successful change in their organizations. It concentrates on the role of higher management in change management. This step is intended to provide support by YESSER to the change associated with implementation of the e-government projects that need activation of technology practices and methodologies and change of attitudes. These tools would help government agencies implement new processes and develop human resources to keep pace with change. It provides also for change of existing culture and building of information society.
