Beneficiaries’ satisfaction is considered a main perspective in raising productivity and efficiency of the public sector, achieving success in e-Government and offering better and easy services for individuals, business sector and government agencies.
The e-Government Program Yesser executed a variety of surveys about indicators of beneficiaries’ satisfaction regarding e-government in Saudi Arabia, through different studies and researches all over the Kingdom.
