Award Submission Process

Government agencies:


Registration process in Enjaz online system:

  • Download the Registration form (from the table below).
  • Complete the form with the details of the contact person of the agency.
  • Stamp and sign from the eGovernment Committee Head in the agency.
  • Upload the stamped and signed form during registration into Enjaz Online System.
 
Submitting nominations:

  • Login to the Enjaz Award online system ​ .
  • Select the category and fill the relevant form.
  • An acknowledgement e-mail will be sent to you with a Reference Number assigned to your submission
 
Sending support material:
 
Send the supporting materials to  Enjaz Award online system​.

Registration request: 

Citizens and residents who would like to participate in the Awards are requested to register to ​ www.eg​ovaward.gov.sa​.​ with an intention to participate in the “eParticipation for Individual” category.
