This award will be given to those government agencies that have contributed significantly
to the development, improvement and delivery of e-services to citizens and residents
for improving the productivity and efficiency in serving people better.

- Evaluation criteria:
- Service maturity level (informational, interactive, or transactional)
- Improvements of service business processes.
- Level of customer support for the eService.
- Existence of service improvement plan.
- Service availability (normal working hours or 24/7).
- Availability of information security.
- Level of integration.
- Number of service delivery channels.
- Service accessibility and usability.
- Benefits of the eService to its consumers (citizen & expatriates).
- Level of monitoring of customer satisfaction in an ongoing basis and response to
improvement suggestions.
"Working across Agencies" (G2G)
This award will be given to those government agencies that distinguish themselves
in using information and communication technology to provide e-services between
other government agencies.

This award will be given to those government agencies that have contributed or are contributing to improving
the business environment with a focus on initiatives that attract investment and
new projects to the Kingdom and contribute directly to increasing the National economy.

"e-Leadership"
This award will be given to government agencies which have the “best-in-class” electronic
maturity. Best utilization of ICT, improvement of business processes and human resources
development along with other initiatives that aim to transfer the agency to a paperless
environment which will be the main factors of evaluation.

"Bridging Gaps" (e- Solutions)
This award recognizes quality projects that provide missing critical solutions to
increase access to government by the public. These projects provide an enabling
technology solution that “bridge gaps” between government agencies’ systems or technologies
and other key enabling systems or technologies to increase their efficiency and
effectiveness. The award aims to raise awareness of the importance and value created
by these projects within government, regardless of their size or scope.

This award is granted to individual members of the public who participate in contributing
creative and innovative e-service related concepts or ideas which may improve the
quality of government e-services.

- The idea/concept to be submitted by a citizen/resident.
- The idea is creative and innovative.
- The idea or concept should have a design or prototype.
- Idea/concept serves and contributes to the improvement of eGovernment initiatives.
- Evaluation criteria:
- What Problems or challenges the idea/concept will solve or help to solve.
- The level of novelty and creativity of the idea/concept.
- The existence of a practical plan for implementing the idea/concept.
- Intellectual property rights related to the idea/concept.
- Is the idea adopted or appreciated by formal or informal government agencies.
- The idea/concept ability to be improved and enhanced.
