This group aims to serve the executives who link between business needs in the agency and what can be provided by information technology to meet those needs with the required efficiency and reliability. Nevertheless, in the absence of such items in most of the governmental agencies today; the group serves who have been assigned to this work indefinitely.

The group consists of permanent and temporary members. The permanent members are the president and members of the e-Government commission in every governmental sector of all types and categories. The temporary members are the people in charge of the e-Government work-related and the temporary committees' members formed to work on or supervise a project belong to the e-Government. This group provides a lot of useful and possible applications and features, for example:

• An access to the portal specialized knowledge base, including – contracts, agreements, forms and requests for proposals RFP, requests for participation and others.
• A general and specialized chat rooms such as - Enterprise Architecture and Business Process Engineering BPR, Project Management, PMO.. And others, for knowledge sharing and exchanging points of views.
• Subscribe to our mailing list for e-Government committees news and events.
• Participation in virtual committees and electronic meetings between various committees, particularly those with common interest.
