This award recognizes those government entities that consider and use suggestions and recommendations by the consumers (public, private or government) through ICT tools to improve their services and/or consider it during the development of policies and regulations.
This award will be given to government agencies who achieved the top three positions in the “eTransformation Measurement”, which is implemented by Yesser each year according to the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (40), dated (27/2/1427 H). Note that the “eTransformation Measurement” focuses on the efforts government agencies are making in advancing e-Government in terms of: Planning for transformation to online services, establishing procedures, methods, human resources development and the management of change necessary to provide electronic government services.
