1) Serving People Better (G2C)

This award recognizes those government entities that have used ICT to provide and improve government services, transactions and interactions with citizens and residents.

Prequalification:

 

  1. Provided by a government/semi-government agency.
  2. All nominations submitted to the Awards should cover work that is completed and in operation for at least 6 months. 
  3. If the submitted nomination is an eService, it should be available on services catalogue on www.yesser.gov.sa​.

General Evaluation criteria:

  1. Benefits of the eService to its consumers (citizen & residents)
  2. Number of service delivery channels (web, mobile, IVR).
  3. Consumer support channels for the eService (online, call center, chat, etc.).
  4. Service maturity level (informational, interactive, transactional or integrated).
  5. Improvements to business processes as result of eService.
  6. Using consumer feedback & suggestions for eService improvement.

2) Promoting Economy (G2B)

This award recognizes those government entities that use ICT for improved services, transactions and interactions between government and the private sector.

  1. Provided by a government/semi-government agency.
  2. All nominations submitted to the Awards should cover work that is completed and in operation for at least 6 months. 
  3. If the submitted nomination is an eService, it should be available on services catalogue on www.yesser.gov.sa​.

General Evaluation criteria:

  1. Benefits of the eService to its consumers (businesses & foreign investors).
  2. Number of service delivery channels (web, mobile, IVR).
  3. Consumer support channels for the eService (online, call center, chat, etc.).
  4. Service maturity level (informational, interactive, transactional or integrated).
  5. Improvements to business processes as a result of the eService.
  6. Using consumer feedback & suggestions for eService improvement.
  7. Contribution of the service to the growth of National economy.
  8. Major changes that have taken place in the business sector since the start of the provision of services electronically.

3)Working Across Agencies (G2G)

This award will be given to those government agencies that distinguish themselves in using ICT to provide eServices to other government agencies.

Prequalification:

  1. Provided by a government/semi-government agency.
  2. All nominations submitted to the Awards should cover work that is completed and in operation for at least 6 months. 
  3. For Government-to-Government (G2G) nominations, the service should use the National Infrastructure - Government Secure Network (GSN) or Government Service Bus (GSB).

General Evaluation criteria:

  1. Benefits of the eService to its consumers (government agencies).
  2. Number of service delivery channels (web, mobile, IVR).
  3. Consumer support channels for the eService (online, call center, chat, etc.).
  4. Service maturity level (informational, interactive, transactional or integrated).
  5. Improvements to business processes as result of eService.
  6. Using consumer feedback & suggestions for eService improvement.

4) Community eParticipation

This award category recognizes those government agencies that consider and use suggestions and recommendations by the consumers (public, private or government) through ICT tools to improve their services and/or consider it during the development of policies and regulations.

5) Services through Smart Devices

This award category recognizes government agencies providing access to government information or services through smart devices or mobile apps.

6) Individuals eParticipation​

This award is open to the public for contributing creative and innovative ideas which may improve the quality of government e-services.

7) eLeadership

This award will be given to government agencies based on “eTransformation Measurement”, which is implemented by Yesser each year according to the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (40), dated (27/2/1427 H).
